Craver Collections Floral & Design is a Philadelphia luxury floral and event design studio serving couples and clients throughout Philadelphia, South Jersey, Delaware, and the surrounding tri-state area. We specialize in bespoke proposals, refined private dinners, intimate weddings, ceremony styling, statement florals, and elevated tablescape design—each created to reflect your vision and leave a lasting impression.

All pricing shown represents the starting minimum investment. Every event is custom-tailored, with final proposals based on guest count, design scope, location, and curated enhancements.

Intimate Dinners

Intimate Dining Experiences


Designed for romantic evenings, milestone celebrations, and elevated private gatherings, our intimate dining experiences transform your space with refined tablescapes, candlelight, floral styling, and intentional detail.

From intimate dinners for two to immersive gatherings for larger guest counts, each experience is curated to feel warm, luxurious, and unforgettable.

Offerings may include premium linens, floral centerpieces, candle styling, charger plates, flatware, glassware, custom place settings, and full-service setup and breakdown.

Champagne styling, photography, videography, live string accompaniment, custom signage, and premium floral bouquets and upgrades are available upon request.

The Candlelight Affair

A dramatic, elevated dinner experience for intimate celebrations, styled with lush florals, layered candlelight, and luxe black-accented table-scape details.

The Opulence Society

A fully styled luxury dining experience for elevated gatherings, featuring floral centerpieces, candlelight, and immersive room styling.

The Obsidian Soirée
Starting at $14,500
A full-scale luxury event dining experience with statement florals, candle architecture, and complete room transformation.

All services include Initial Consultation, Brainstorming Session, Collaborative Planning, Customized Deliverables, Multiple Feedback Rounds, Actionable Recommendations, and Post-Project Support. Events with more than 50 guests require a custom event production proposal. Due to the level of production involved, a limited number of events are accepted per season.

Payment & Booking Policy

A 25% nonrefundable retainer is required at the time of booking to reserve your event date and begin the design and planning process. The remaining balance will be divided into scheduled payments, with the final payment due in full no later than 30 days before the event date.

For events booked within 30 days of the event date, full payment is required at the time of booking.

Floral orders, rental reservations, specialty materials, and production commitments are not guaranteed until all required payments have been received. Late or missed payments may result in cancellation of services and release of the reserved event date.
